Best Gluten Free Flour

I owned a bakery for 23 years and once we came across this flour, we were done looking for the perfect Gluten Free Flour. We simply substituted it for equal measurements of wheat flour and mixed our recipes accordingly. We actually had customers come back in to tell us that the product was NOT Gluten Free because it tasted so good. They could not detect the difference. Thank you for making such a great product.

Ingredients

Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Corn Starch, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Locust Bean Gum.

This mix is free from wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.

Tips for baking with Gluten Free Flour.
-Cup for cup, pound for pound exchange.
**DO NOT OVERMIX!!**
- Mix only until properly blended.
