Ingredients

Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Non-Fat Milk Powder, Corn Starch, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Sea Salt, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum.

This mix is free from wheat, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.

Recipe For Gluten Free Buttermilk Pancake Mix

- Place contents of bag into mixing bowl.
- Add 2 large eggs.
- Add ¼ cup (2oz.) vegetable oil.
- Add 1¼ cup (10oz.) water.
- Mix until combined.
- ** DO NOT OVERMIX **
- Use a ¼ measuring cup of batter per pancake.
