Sugar, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Rainbow Sprinkles, Corn Starch, Baking Powder, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Sea Salt, Baking Soda, Gaur Gum, Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum.

This mix is free from wheat, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts.

Recipe For Gluten Free Birthday Cake Mix

- Place contents of bag into mixing bowl.
- Add 3 large eggs.
- Add ½ cup (4oz.) softened butter or margarine.
- Add ¾ cup (6oz.) of water.
- Mix for 30 seconds at low speed, scrape down bowl.
- Mix for two minutes at medium speed.
- Place into a 12x8x1 (¼ sheet pan) or a 9x9x2 inch cake pan.
- Bake for 35 min at 350° in a 12x8 pan or 45 min for a 9x9 pan.
* Note: For high altitude add 1 tsp of cornstarch.
