Ingredients
Brown Sugar, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Carrot Granules, Corn Starch, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Gaur Gum, Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum, Sea Salt.
This mix is free from wheat, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.
Recipe For Gluten Free Carrot Cake Mix
- Place contents of bag into mixing bowl.
- Add 3 large eggs.
- Add ½ cup (4oz.) softened butter or margarine.
- Add ¾ cup (6oz.) of water.
- Mix for 30 seconds at low speed, scrape down bowl.
- Mix for two minutes at medium speed.
- Place into a 12x8x1 (¼ sheet pan) or a 9x9x2 inch cake pan.
- Bake for 30 min at 350° in a 12x8 pan or 40 min for a 9x9 pan.
* Note: For high altitude add 1 tsp of cornstarch.
