Sugar, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Cocoa Powder, Corn Starch, Baking Powder, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Baking Soda, Sea Salt, Gaur Gum, Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum.

This mix is free from wheat, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.

Recipe For Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix

Place contents of bag into mixing bowl.
- Add 3 large eggs.
- Add ½ cup (4oz.) softened butter.
- Add ¾ cup (6oz.) of water.
- Mix for 30 seconds at low speed, scrape down bowl.
- Mix for two minutes at medium speed.
- Place into a 12x8x1 (¼ sheet pan) or a 9x9x2 inch cake pan.
- Bake at 350°, 30 min for a 12x8 pan or 40 min for a 9x9 pan.
* Note: For high altitude add 1 tsp of cornstarch.
