Ingredients

Sugar, Corn Meal, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Non-Fat Milk Powder, Corn Starch, Baking Powder, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum, Sea Salt, Natural & Artificial Flavors.

This mix is free from wheat, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.

Recipe For Gluten Free Corn Muffin Mix

- Place contents of bag in mixing bowl.
- Add 2 large eggs.
- Add ¼ cup (2oz.) vegetable oil.
- Add ½ cup (4oz.) water.
- Mix at low speed for 30 seconds and then scrape down bowl.
- Mix on medium speed for 1 ½ minutes.
- Using a ¼ cup measure, drop into muffin tin.
- Bake at 22-24 minutes at 350°.

For cornbread, prepare the same way but pour into a 8x8 or 9x9 pan and bake at 375° for 22-24 minutes.
