Sugar, Rice Flour, Cocoa, Tapioca Starch, Maltodextrin, Corn Starch, Cocoa Butter, Baking Powder, Sea Salt, Gaur Gum, Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum, Natural & Artificial Flavors.

This mix is free from wheat, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.

Recipe For Gluten Free Fudge Brownie Mix

- Place contents into mixing bowl.
- Add 2 large eggs.
- Add ¼ cup (2oz) veg. oil.
- Add ¼ cup (2oz) water.
- Mix on low speed until blended thoroughly.
- Then mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Spread into a 8"x 8" pan.
- Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Or until they don't stick to a toothpick.
