Ingredients

Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Corn Starch, Baking Powder, Non-Fat Milk Powder, Onion Powder, Sea Salt, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum, Paprika, White Pepper.

This mix is free from wheat, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.

Recipe For Gluten Free Onion Ring Mix

- Add 2 1/2 cups (24oz.) water to contents of bag.
- Using a wire whisk mix until completely smooth.
- Peel 6-7 large sweet onions.
- Cut the onions into rings about 1/2 inch wide. (Approximately 80-90 rings).
- Place onions into batter and completely coat.
- Drop into deep fryer.
- Fry until golden brown (about 3 minutes).
**Use normal deep fryer temperature. (350-375)
