Ingredients

Rice Flour, Sugar, Tapioca Flour, Corn Starch, Non-Fat Milk Powder, Baking Powder, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum, Sea Salt.

This mix is free from wheat, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.

Recipe For Gluten Free Original Muffin Mix

- Place contents of bag in mixing bowl.
- Add 2 large eggs.
- Add ¼ cup (2oz.) vegetable oil.
- Add ½ (4oz.) water.
- Mix at low speed for 30 seconds and then scrape down bowl.
- Mix on medium speed for 1 ½ minutes.
- Using a ¼ cup measure, drop into muffin tin.
- Bake at 18-20 minutes at 350°.
