Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Sea Salt, Gaur Gum, Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum.
This mix is free from wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.
Recipe For Gluten Free Pizza Dough Mix
-1 package Gluten Free Pizza Dough - 1½ cups warm water
-2 eggs -2 tbsp. olive oil -1 yeast packet
-Preheat oven to 400°.
-In a large bowl , combine water and yeast packet. Let stand for 5 minutes.
-Add eggs and olive oil to mixture, blend briefly.
-Add Gluten Free Pizza Dough and blend for 1 minute on medium speed. (dough will have a batter-like consistancy)
-Leaving dough in bowl cover, with plastic wrap and allow to rise for 40 minutes.
-Spread dough onto two greased pizza pans using a rubber spatula.
-Bake without toppings for 7 to 9 minutes.
-Remove from oven, cover with favorite sauce and toppings.
-Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
