Ingredients
Rice Flour, Sugar, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Non-Fat Milk Powder, Corn Starch, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Baking Powder, Sea Salt, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum, Baking Soda, Freeze Dried Raspberries.
This mix is free from wheat, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.
Recipe For Gluten Free Raspberry Scone Mix
- Preheat Oven to 350°.
- Empty contents of the bag into a mixing bowl.
- Using a paddle add 1 stick of softened butter and 1 egg.
- Mix at low speed until combined, (about 30 seconds).
- Add ¼ (2oz.) water to scone mixture.
- Mix on low speed until completely blended, (about 30 seconds). Scone mixture should be consistency of cookie dough.
- Place dough on flat surface, ( kitchen counter or cutting board).
- Pat/Press dough into a round circle, 8 in. across in diameter, and 3/8 in. thick.
- Cut into wedges, squares or circles and place them on a sheet pan ½ in. apart.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
