Recipe For Gluten Free Spoon Bread Mix

- In a medium saucepan bring 2 1/2 cups of water to a boil.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove saucepan from heat and mix the contents of the bag along with 4 oz of unsalted butter and mix until clumps are no longer present.
- Spread evenly in an 8x8 inch pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 28-32 minutes.
