Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Corn Starch, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Baking Powder, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum, Sea Salt.

This mix is free from wheat, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.

Recipe For Gluten Free Sugar Cookie Mix

- Place contents of bag into mixing bowl.
- Add 2 large eggs.
- Add ½ cup (4oz.) slightly softened butter.
- Mix at medium speed until soft dough forms (about 1½ minutes).
- Place dough in fridge until firm.
- Drop onto a nonstick cookie sheet using a #40 scoop or 2 Tbsp.
- ** DO NOT GREASE PAN **
- Bake for 14-18 min at 350°. Or until they're golden brown.
