Ingredients
Sugar, Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Corn Starch, Baking Powder, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Baking Soda, Sea Salt, Gaur Gum, Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum.
This mix is free from wheat, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.
Recipe For Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix
Place contents into mixing bowl.
- Add 3 large eggs.
- Add ½ cup (4oz.) softened butter.
- Add ¾ cup (6oz) of water.
- Mix for 30 seconds at low speed, scrape down bowl.
- Mix for two minutes at medium speed.
- Pour into a 12x8 or a 9x9 inch cake pan.
- Bake at 350°, 30 min for a 12x8 pan or 40 min for a 9x9 pan.
* Note: For high altitude add 1 tsp of cornstarch.
